Lynn Murphy, M.Ed.
Lynn Murphy is founder and President of Key Innovative Solutions, Inc. She helps organizations turn their workforce into high-performing teams. As an experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter, Lynn designs and delivers customized training programs that are dynamic, engaging and highly interactive. Through customized sessions, executives, managers and staff learn to improve their skills in areas of diversity, customer service, conflict resolution, mediation, performance management, communication and problem solving. Lynn provides concrete tools and effective solutions that can be immediately implemented to build more successful and productive leaders, teams, employees and organizations.
Combining her unique business background and insight of over 30 years, Lynn bases her innovative approach on experience as a business consultant, business owner, real estate broker, negotiator, mediator and classroom teacher. She is also a past president of Habitat for Humanity Arizona, an active member of Biltmore Toastmasters, and has been a member of Valley Leadership since 1991. Lynn’s approach is collaborative, respectful, inclusive and effective.
